One of the things that set King’s College London apart from the pack is its strong academic reputation, which played a very large part over the years in elevating King’s College London to the position that it enjoys now. It has an endowment of over one hundred million pounds and for a student body of approximately 22,000 that is not a bad amount at all.
One of the reasons that King’s College London has such a strong research reputation is that the educational institution as a whole is not afraid to try new things. This is reflected primarily in the degree programs that they have at the undergraduate and graduate levels as they are not only a nice mix of the core programs that all the universities teach but are also a number of innovative degrees that can be found in few other places within the United Kingdom. Some of them are rare internationally even and therefore King’s College London has one of the largest selections of degrees around.
King’s College London is also a place that things about its students. One of the main things that students seem to like about the campus in general is that there are a lot of study spaces available for people that want them. This means that you can go anywhere on campus for the most part and have a study area reasonably close by. Study areas are split between being communal areas where chatter and discussion are encouraged and cubicle areas for students that need complete silence. The College thinks about these things in advance and has designed its campus so that all students can have something to augment the education they get in class.
