Located in beautiful Tuscany, the University of Pisa (Università di Pisa) is one of Italy’s most prestigious universities. The University of Pisa ranking is 83rd in Europe. Other colleges and universities in Italy include Università degli Studi di Milano, University of Padua, Sapienza University of Rome, and University of Bologna.
It was first established in the mid 14th century by Pope Clement VI. Nowadays the university caters to over 50,000 students and is presided over by Professor Marco Pasquali.
